Technical Assignment III: Exploring Project Challenges & Opportunities

This report outlines an interview that was conducted with the project manager about project management services and value engineering topics. The PACE Roundtable Event was attended to determine research opportunities that could be explored further for the Anthem House. Finally, plans were put in place for both building information modeling and sustainability. These plans were critically analyzed with the actual BIM and sustainability approach.
